Fresh, friendly, strawberries.
Made from Cowichan Valley Estate Gamay and Pinot Noir (50/50) this fresh rose has a cranberry-hue and aromas of strawberry jam, vanilla, cedar chips and tealeaf with a shot of cherry kirsch. It has a friendly demeanor and bright acidity with an earthy, red berry and spice character. Overall, good concentration and very enjoyable.
Pair: fish or white meats, vegetarian dishes and cheeses.
